POSTER AGE 2024
Poster exhibition
The presentation of scientific posters will take place during poster sessions in the poster exhibition.
All posters will remain on display for the entire duration of the congress.
Participants are responsible for mounting the posters themselves; poster mounting materials will be provided on site.
Poster size: DIN A0 portrait format (84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm high)
Submission requirements
Submit your abstract online at abstracts.mes-berlin.com
Abstracts submitted by e-mail, post or other means will not be accepted.
The congress language is German.
The maximum character length is 2925 characters.
Abstracts can be submitted in German and English.
Changes and corrections will be accepted until the deadline on 15 March 2024.
Ensure the citable publication of the abstract.
For presenting authors of accepted abstracts, registration and participation in the congress is binding.
You will receive an automatic confirmation if the data has been received correctly. A notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent shortly after the submission deadline. Please note that all notifications and information on the submitted abstracts will be sent exclusively by e-mail to the e-mail address of the submitter(s) stored in the system.
Awarding of the posters:
The AGE will award 3 poster prizes of 500 euros each. Please refer to the current program for information on the poster award ceremony.
